The Executive Committee holds its sixth meeting and reviews several items on the agenda

The Executive Committee, in its sixth session, held its sixth meeting under the chairmanship of His Excellency Dr. Majid bin Ibrahim Al-Fayyadh, with the participation of the committee members: Ms. Sara bint Essam bin Abdulqader Al-Muhaidib, Mr. Tareq bin Abdulrahman Al-Sadhan, and Dr. Faisal bin Mansour Al-Fadil.

The meeting began with a review of the follow-up report on the implementation of the decisions of the Committee’s fifth meeting, The agenda also included the examination of the Center’s annual report for 2025, as well as a review of the operational plan for 2027.

The meeting further covered the discussion of several policies and procedures related to the Center, in addition to reviewing the progress report on the preparation and organization of the Seventh International Conference on Disability and Rehabilitation. This included matters related to issuing invitations and opening the submission of scientific contributions through the official website. The conference is scheduled, God willing, to be held from October 11 to 13, 2026.

The Committee also reviewed the interim report on the preparations for the King Salman International Award for Disability Research in its fourth edition, as part of the follow-up on the items listed on the agenda.
